Our founder Huseyin meets regularly with dayboats from Cornwall and Dorset to select the incredible picks of the day that go from the sea to our shop in less than 24hours. We work very hard to bring only the freshest fish and shellfish to our beloved costumers in Wimbledon.
For our posh fish and chips all our white fish comes in from Peterhead within 12 hours after its been bought from the fish market; again making it the freshest stock. We get our fish as whole, as our in house fishmongers fillet all the fish daily and that makes them the freshest fillets ready to be fried in a traditional batter.
Our salmon harvesters Loch Duart have been the top-quality salmon producers out of Scotland. for over 20 years they have been gently nurturing Scottish Salmon in the crystal-clear waters of North Western Scotland. They are known for having the best grade within the industry.

We have various Sashimi Grade fish, more than most sushi restaurants in London. You can find Salmon, Swordfish, Tuna, Seabass, Hamachi and langoustines all top quality, ready to be put into your sushi rolls.
